About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our fast-scaling tech-enabled recruitment solutions provider, Career Bloc. As an End-to-End Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving the entire hiring process—from sourcing candidates to closing offers—with a strong emphasis on performance-driven metrics.
Core Duties
- Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates for startups and mid-market firms across India (nationwide) (nationwide).
- Coordinating interviews with internal stakeholders, including scheduling and follow-ups.
- Closing deals by presenting offers to selected candidates and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintaining detailed records of the recruitment process and performance metrics.
