Renuity is hiring a Field Sales Representative in Austin, TX to join one of America's most trusted home remodeling networks. This full-time position offers exceptional earning potential in a commission-based sales role with comprehensive support, paid training, and a consistent pipeline of pre-qualified leads.

About This Position

In this outside sales role, you'll develop relationships with homeowners and help them envision their remodeling projects. Your compensation combines base pay with uncapped commissions and bonuses, with realistic earnings ranging from $150,000 to $250,000 annually—and top performers earning substantially more. A key advantage: instead of cold-calling, you'll work from a curated daily schedule of 2–3 pre-qualified prospects ready to meet with you. Our comprehensive training program covers product lines, presentation techniques, and negotiation strategies, delivered alongside mentorship from seasoned sales leaders. Core Duties

  • Master Renuity's product portfolio and consultative sales methodology
  • Conduct sales presentations and consultations with homeowners
  • Develop, present, and negotiate home improvement contracts
  • Consistently meet assigned sales targets and growth goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
  • Work collaboratively with managers and mentors on continuous improvement
  • Maintain a full work schedule including weekday evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays

What We're Looking For
