About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician at Achievable Behavior Strategies, you will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in our Spring Valley, Las Vegas center under the guidance of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This is a center-based, on-site position (not remote) offered on both full-time and part-time schedules, making it a great fit whether you are building a long-term career in behavior analysis or seeking flexible hours alongside other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, individualized ABA therapy to children following each client's treatment plan.
- Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs designed by your supervising BCBA.
- Accurately collect, record, and report session data to track each child's progress.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Support a safe, encouraging, and structured learning environment within the center.
- Collaborate with the clinical team and apply ongoing feedback to refine your practice.
Qualifications
- Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification, or active progress toward earning it.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Patience, compassion, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Reliability and a commitment to consistent, high-quality care.
- Ability to work on-site at our Spring Valley, Clark County location.
