This is a bilingual, full-time, exempt (OSS) position based on-site in Indianapolis, Marion County.
Key Responsibilities
- Uncover each client's marketing objectives and recommend tailored solutions that fit their needs and budget.
- Build integrated campaigns that draw on Urban1's broadcast, digital, and special-event platforms.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, matching the right audience and channel mix to every advertiser.
- Partner with the General Sales Manager and sales colleagues to grow and retain client relationships.
- Communicate fluently with clients and prospects in two languages to expand reach across diverse communities.
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency, with the ability to engage clients across multiple language audiences.
- Consultative selling skills and a talent for identifying client needs and presenting fitting solutions.
- Working knowledge of broadcast, digital, and event-based marketing channels.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Indianapolis as a full-time member of the Sales department.
