About the Role
As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key part in our store's success by building relationships with customers, exceeding sales targets, and taking on expanded responsibilities that support our team. You'll work in a vibrant retail environment where music education and quality instruments come together.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales by recommending instruments and music products that match customer needs and skill levels
- Connect customers with Music & Arts' lesson program and support our music education initiatives
- Build lasting business relationships through networking with local music teachers, schools, and the broader music community
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly service that helps customers make confident purchasing decisions
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to store profitability
- Support team operations and mentor newer sales associates where needed
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends in instruments and music education
