Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the management team on the full scope of store operations on a day-to-day basis.

• Support management with operational tasks that keep the store organized and on-brand.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, ideally with exposure to sales leadership or a supervisory capacity.
• A genuine passion for fashion and for delivering elevated customer service.
• Proven ability to guide, coach, and inspire a team toward shared goals.
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on, collaborative approach to daily operations.
• Availability to work on-site at the Ontario Mills location in Ontario, California.
