About the Role

As the FT Sales Supervisor at the Marc Jacobs Keystone store in Indianapolis, Indiana, you will work alongside store leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly. Reporting to and partnering with Management, you'll play a hands-on part in growing sales, elevating the client journey, and bringing out the best in the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist store Management with the full scope of store operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Help drive store sales and contribute to achieving performance goals.
• Deliver and champion an outstanding, memorable customer experience for every guest.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to support their growth and success.
• Collaborate closely with Management to support broader store initiatives and priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, with a passion for service-driven selling.
• Demonstrated ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong organizational skills to help oversee everyday store operations.
• A customer-first mindset and enthusiasm for the Marc Jacobs brand.
• Availability to work on-site full-time at the Keystone store in Indianapolis, Marion County.
