Provider Relations Senior Analyst, Americas – Cigna International Health – Remote

Join The Cigna Group as a Provider Relations Senior Analyst, Americas, managing healthcare provider relationships across Latin American and Caribbean networks. This full-time remote position is based in Bloomfield, Hartford County.

About the Role

As part of the Network Management, Americas team, you'll direct provider relationship efforts across the Latin American and Caribbean networks, with additional support responsibilities for Canada and the U.S. This position requires close collaboration with internal peers and stakeholders positioned globally to drive network success.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers throughout the Latin American and Caribbean networks
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional stakeholders to implement provider strategies and initiatives
• Respond to provider inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely, professional manner
• Support provider recruitment, credentialing processes, and ongoing network quality standards
• Oversee provider contracts and associated documentation
• Communicate network updates, policy changes, and program information to provider partners
• Track and analyze provider performance and engagement metrics
• Coordinate across multiple regional teams to ensure consistent service delivery and standards

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in provider relations, network management, or healthcare business partnerships
• Knowledge of Latin American, Caribbean, or international health systems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with cross-cultural competence
• Ability to manage multiple provider relationships and competing priorities effectively
• Experience collaborating across geographically dispersed global teams on strategic initiatives
• Sharp organizational and analytical capabilities with strong problem-solving skills
• Professional Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional healthcare or business experience
