Position Summary

The Property Manager I at Dawn Homes is responsible for overseeing and managing an apartment community with 134 units. This role involves handling apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals, and ensuring the property meets its financial, operating, and resident service goals.

What You'll Do

• Manage apartment rentals, including processing applications, conducting showings, and securing new tenants.
• Oversee move-in processes to ensure smooth transitions for residents.
• Renew leases in a timely and professional manner while maintaining tenant satisfaction.
• Ensure the property meets all financial targets through effective budgeting and revenue management.
• Implement and maintain operational standards to keep the community clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Resolve resident complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of rental laws and regulations applicable to the area.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with property management software and tools is preferred.
