This full-time role will involve managing a diverse residential portfolio across Sheffield and West Yorkshire, focusing on well-run low- to mid-rise developments and Resident Management Companies (RMCs). As the trusted point of contact for leaseholders, directors, and contractors, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with leaseholders, directors, and contractors to resolve issues promptly and maintain positive relationships.
• Manage budgets and financial records for assigned properties, preparing reports as required.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Support the development of new property management strategies and initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Property Manager who possesses excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should have experience in residential property management, preferably within the Sheffield/West Yorkshire area. A background in managing low- to mid-rise developments and RMCs is highly desirable.
