You will take part in Blueprint, an intensive six-month early career leadership track designed for engineers who want more than standard entry-level work. The curriculum blends practical modules on professional skills, business fundamentals, and project execution through case studies, simulations, and role-play sessions. Topics include project economics, clear communication strategies, and core leadership principles, finishing with a live capstone where you present progress and set goals for the coming year.

Your Responsibilities

• Support engineering analyses, calculations, and design tasks for water supply, distribution, collection, and treatment systems
• Prepare technical drawings, reports, and project documentation in collaboration with senior staff
• Assist with construction oversight activities, including site observations and coordination of field efforts
• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure attentive, high-quality service throughout project delivery
• Fully participate in all Blueprint program sessions and exercises to build business and leadership capabilities
• Contribute fresh ideas that help improve processes and outcomes on water and wastewater assignments
