About the Role

As the Program Trainer - Luminare Health - (Luminare Internals Only) based in Belmopan, Cayo, you will design, facilitate, and refine training programmes that equip internal team members with the knowledge and skills they need. Responsibilities

• Build and update training curricula, lesson plans, and supporting materials that align with programme goals and internal standards.
• Lead engaging instructor-led sessions, workshops, and practical exercises for new and existing team members in Belmopan, Cayo.
• Assess learner performance through quizzes, observations, and practice activities, then provide constructive coaching to close skill gaps.

• Comfort working on-site in Belmopan, Cayo, and collaborating with local teams and internal stakeholders.
• A professional, patient approach that builds trust with learners while holding clear expectations for participation and progress.
