Role Overview

You will lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of Chemical Management Services (CMS) programmes for industrial customers across Asia Pacific. This role requires expertise in chemical supply chain management, chemical lifecycle management, EHS compliance, inventory optimization, vendor management, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement CMS programmes tailored to the needs of industrial customers in APAC
• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations
• Optimize chemical supply chain operations for efficiency and sustainability
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure reliable and high-quality chemical supplies
• Conduct regular assessments and updates to CMS programmes based on customer feedback and industry trends
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams for all CMS-related matters

Requirements

• Proven experience in chemical supply chain management or related field
• In-depth knowledge of chemical lifecycle management principles
• Strong understanding of EHS compliance standards and practices
• Experience with inventory optimization techniques
• Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required
