What This Role Involves
EY's Oracle Services practice is seeking a seasoned Manager to join our national consulting team. The role involves planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing HCM and benefits implementation projects for clients across various industries. You will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring successful client outcomes, and driving the adoption of best practices in Oracle solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex HCM and benefit implementation projects from conception to completion

- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met or exceeded

What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in HCM and benefits implementation with Oracle solutions. A minimum of 7 years of experience is required, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential. You must be a certified Oracle HCM or EBS consultant, and possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
