About the Role

We are seeking a Production Manager to join our high-performance, project-driven manufacturing business supplying light gauge steel framing to many of Western Australia’s leading residential builders. This is a full-time position based in Perth CBD with no remote option available.

  • Lead production teams and ensure efficient workflow
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of production activities
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Participate in weekly performance reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

The Production Manager will be responsible for leading the production teams, ensuring efficient workflow, overseeing scheduling and coordination of production activities, implementing quality control measures, managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Weekly performance reviews are a key part of the role to contribute to continuous improvement.
