Position Summary
The Executive Associate - US Commercialization Learning position plays a vital role in shaping how our commercial teams develop expertise and capabilities in the US market. You'll collaborate with senior leadership to design, implement, and evaluate learning strategies that strengthen our commercial operations and accelerate our ability to bring transformative medicines to patients who need them most.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute learning programs that support US commercialization strategy and business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, medical affairs, and leadership teams
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize performance data to identify skill gaps and learning priorities
- Design and manage training curricula, workshops, and professional development activities
- Prepare strategic reports, recommendations, and performance metrics for senior leadership
- Support the integration of new capabilities, market insights, and best practices across the commercial organization
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, human resources, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, program management, or commercial operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and business intelligence tools
- Excellent project management abilities with proven success managing cross-functional teams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
- Strategic mindset with curiosity about commercial dynamics and organizational learning
