The Opportunity

We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Production Associates at the Corrugated facility in Mogadore, OH. This is a full-time position with no remote option available.

  • Salary: $23.69 per hour
  • Shift Differential: $0.50 for second shift and $1.00 for third shift
  • Vacation: Eligible after 90 days of service, 2 weeks of paid vacation annually
  • Shifts: Rotating shifts (1st and 2nd)

Your Responsibilities

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient workflow and quality output.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area to promote safety and productivity.
  • Following safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions as required.
