About This Position
We are excited to offer an opportunity for individuals seeking a rewarding career in manufacturing. As a Production Associate at PDS Tech Commercial, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and contributing to the success of our team.
What You'll Do
- Support daily manufacturing processes on various shifts including 1st Shift (Mon–Fri) from 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, as well as 2nd Shift (Mon–Thurs) from 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM with 10-hour shifts.
- Work overtime on Fridays from 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM when needed.
- Assist in the production line, ensuring quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds is necessary.
