Product Support Specialist at AllTrails - Remote Position
About the Role
The Product Support Specialist will serve as a direct link between our customers and the teams responsible for building AllTrails. You'll actively listen to understand user experiences, efficiently resolve issues, and ensure root causes are addressed by the appropriate departments such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, or Trail Data Operations.
Core Duties
- Closely listen to customer feedback to understand their experiences
- Efficiently resolve user issues
- Identify and escalate root causes of problems to the right teams
- Report directly to the Head of Customer Support
- Ensure users get the most out of AllTrails
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
- A passion for the outdoors and outdoor activities
- Flexibility to work remotely with occasional in-person events (San Francisco employees encouraged to come into the office one day per week)
