Product Content & Demo Specialist – Identity Security

1Kosmos, a leader in identity verification and passwordless authentication, is hiring a Product Content & Demo Specialist to join our growing team in Edison, Middlesex County. This is a full-time position focused on creating compelling product demonstrations and customer-facing content for our identity security platform.

About the Role

As our Product Content & Demo Specialist, you'll be the bridge between our product engineering and our customers, bringing our identity verification and passwordless authentication solutions to life through effective storytelling and hands-on demonstrations. You'll work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to showcase how our platform eliminates friction from authentication while strengthening security posture.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and refine product demonstrations that highlight the unique capabilities of our identity verification and biometric authentication platform
• Develop high-quality content assets—guides, case studies, technical documentation, and video materials—that explain passwordless authentication and identity security concepts to diverse audiences
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to stay current on feature releases and translate technical functionality into customer-focused narratives
• Support the sales team by tailoring demos and content to specific customer use cases and industry vertical needs
• Continuously test and optimize demo environments to ensure smooth, reliable presentations at events, webinars, and customer meetings
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform content strategy and demo improvements

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, technical content creation, sales enablement, or product demo roles
• Strong understanding of identity security, authentication, or cybersecurity concepts; passion for learning the passwordless authentication space
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex security topics in clear, engaging language
• Demonstrated skill in building and delivering product demonstrations or technical presentations
• Experience with video production, screen recording, or multimedia content creation is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams
