What We're Looking For

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a track record of building long‑term trust.
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams, including trust, tax, and investment specialists.
- Leadership experience, including coaching and developing junior staff.
- Relevant professional designations such as CFP®, CFA, CPA, or equivalent are highly regarded.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
