About the Role

As Principal Investigator, you'll direct research initiatives and technical investigations that form the foundation of our client solutions. You'll be responsible for project strategy, quality assurance, and the development of cutting-edge approaches to complex challenges. This role combines independent research leadership with collaborative client engagement, ensuring every project delivers measurable, actionable results.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee research projects from conception through completion, defining methodologies and research protocols
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure delivery of results
• Mentor and develop junior researchers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Collaborate with client teams to understand objectives and translate them into research strategies
• Compile findings, prepare technical reports, and present results to stakeholders
• Stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to your research area
• Contribute to business development through thought leadership and client relationship management
