YERUSHALMI LAW FIRM APC is hiring a Pre-Litigation Spanish-Speaking Personal Injury Attorney for our Beverly Hills, Los Angeles County office. This is a full-time position with a dynamic legal team dedicated to achieving exceptional outcomes for injury clients.

About the Role

You'll be a bilingual attorney managing personal injury cases in the pre-litigation phase. Working at a forward-thinking Beverly Hills law firm, you'll handle client intake, case evaluation, settlement negotiations, and pre-trial preparation while communicating directly with Spanish-speaking clients throughout the legal process. This role offers the opportunity to build client relationships and resolve claims efficiently within a collaborative environment that values high performance and thorough legal work.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate personal injury claims and provide legal counsel to clients, with fluency in Spanish a core part of client interactions
• Manage pre-litigation strategy, including fact investigation, liability analysis, and damages assessment
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to reach favorable settlement resolutions
• Prepare demand packages, settlement correspondence, and other pre-trial documentation
• Maintain organized case files and communicate regularly with clients in both English and Spanish
• Contribute to a collaborative legal team that prioritizes client care and case outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Active California law license and good standing with the State Bar
• Fluent bilingual capability in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in personal injury law, pre-litigation claims management, or related practice areas
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Professional approach to client relationships and collaborative team dynamics
