Power sports technician

Scranton Auto Group is hiring a full-time Power Sports Technician to join our growing service team in Turnpike, Tolland County, and help raise the bar for powersports repair across the Northeast.

About the Role

As one of New England's fastest-expanding powersports dealerships, we are building our service department from the ground up — and we want skilled technicians to grow with us. In this Power Sports Technician role, you'll diagnose, maintain, and repair a range of powersports vehicles, working both independently and alongside fellow technicians to deliver dependable, high-quality service. We're looking for someone whose technical know-how, drive, and passion for excellence mirror our ambition to become the premier dealer in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs on powersports vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Work effectively on your own or as part of a team to keep service moving efficiently
• Deliver a consistently excellent experience that earns customer trust and repeat business
• Maintain accurate service records and clearly communicate findings and recommended work
• Keep your workspace, tools, and equipment organized, clean, and safe

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical knowledge of powersports vehicles and their mechanical systems
• Ability to work confidently both solo and within a collaborative service team
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality workmanship
