The Opportunity

Take the lead as Poultry Processing Supervisor- 2nd shift for Waynefarms in Waco Plant, Texas and guide daily production activities that keep the plant running efficiently. In this hands-on supervisory position you will manage team performance, maintain output quality, and ensure every process aligns with standards throughout the second shift. The role sits at the heart of operations in Waco and does not include remote, hybrid, or work-from-home options.

Your Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the poultry processing team across the full second shift at the Waco Plant, Texas
• Monitor processing lines and make real-time adjustments to meet production and quality targets
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and plant safety protocols at every stage of the shift
• Coach, train, and equip team members so they can perform at a consistently high level
• Coordinate handoffs with other departments and resolve operational issues quickly
• Track shift results, document key metrics, and report outcomes to plant leadership
• Maintain equipment readiness and support continuous improvement on the processing floor

• Prior supervisory experience in a processing or manufacturing environment
