Position Summary

Core Duties

• Follow all safety, humane handling, and workplace rules while on the production floor.
• Watch for stuck, injured, or mismarked birds and alert supervision when something looks off.
• Keep your station orderly, remove debris as directed, and support clean, safe footing in the work area.
• Coordinate with coworkers on the line and respond quickly to direction from leads or supervisors.
• Use required personal protective equipment and report hazards, equipment issues, or incidents promptly.
