About the Role
As a Postdoctoral Fellow in Experimental Particle Physics, you will conduct original research investigating fundamental particles and forces. What You'll Do
- Design, execute, and oversee experimental research in particle physics
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from particle detection systems
- Develop computational models and simulations to support experimental investigations
- Collaborate with faculty, graduate students, and visiting researchers on shared projects
- Present findings at conferences and publish results in peer-reviewed journals
- Contribute to laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- Ph.D. in physics with focus or demonstrated strength in experimental particle physics
- Research background and hands-on experience with particle detectors or accelerator-based experiments
- Strong capabilities in data analysis, statistics, and scientific computing
