What You'll Do
- Travel to client locations throughout Cleveland and Cuyahoga County to notarize mortgage closing documents and real estate transaction papers
- Verify borrower identity and witness document signings in compliance with Ohio notary law
- Execute notarial certificates accurately and maintain required records for all signings
- Coordinate scheduling with lenders, title companies, and real estate agents to meet closing timelines
- Provide professional communication and guidance to clients through the closing process
- Ensure all documents are properly executed and ready for loan funding or property transfer
