M&T Bank is recruiting a Pipeline Branch Manager to serve our Hagerstown and Frederick markets in Western Maryland. This full-time position in Hagerstown, Washington County, is part of our talent development initiative to identify and cultivate experienced banking professionals for branch leadership roles in the region.
About the Role
As Pipeline Branch Manager, you'll be positioned for leadership within M&T Bank's branch network. You'll manage day-to-day branch operations, lead customer and community relationships, and drive sales performance across the Western Maryland region.
What You'll Do
- Oversee branch operations and team performance to achieve sales and service targets
- Develop and mentor branch staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Build business relationships and grow customer acquisition in Hagerstown, Frederick, and Washington County markets
- Manage branch finances and ensure profitability metrics are met
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and M&T Bank policies
- Identify opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue
What We're Looking For
- Banking or retail financial services experience, ideally in a management or leadership capacity
- Track record of driving sales and building customer relationships in community markets
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop banking teams
