Physical Therapist – Travel Contract

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist – Travel Contract for a full‑time position in Auburn, Worcester County.

About the Role

As a traveling Physical Therapist you will provide rehabilitative care to patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions while experiencing new communities across the region. The assignment involves short‑term contracts at various healthcare facilities, allowing you to apply your clinical expertise in diverse settings.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify functional limitations and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities.
• Implement and adjust interventions based on patient response and progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self‑management strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Adhere to professional standards, infection control protocols, and safety guidelines while traveling between assignments.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑accredited program.
• A current, active state Physical Therapy license valid for the states where assignments are located.
• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in varied clinical environments and travel as required.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
