Physical Therapist – Travel Contract

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time travel contract position in Easton, Talbot County, Maryland. This is your opportunity to advance your clinical skills in home health while exploring a new community and building meaningful patient relationships.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist in our Home Health program, you'll work directly with patients in their homes throughout the Easton area. This travel contract role offers the flexibility and variety that appeals to PT professionals seeking dynamic practice environments. You'll manage a patient caseload, deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and support patients' progress toward functional independence.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Treat patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness in the home health setting
• Manage chronic conditions through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary home health teams to coordinate care
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to all clinical documentation standards
• Build strong patient relationships and empower individuals toward their rehabilitation goals

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid physical therapy license in Maryland
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Professional reliability and commitment to clinical excellence
• Adaptability and comfort working in diverse home environments
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple patients
