SERVPRO of New Hanover/Brunswick & South Columbus Counties is hiring a dependable, hands-on Cleaning/Contents Technician to join our Contents Division in Wrightsville Beach, New Hanover County. About the Role
As a Cleaning/Contents Technician, you'll be at the heart of our contents restoration process — carefully cleaning, packing, and restoring the personal belongings of customers whose property has been affected by fire, water, or other damage. This is a physical, team-oriented position where attention to detail and genuine care for people make all the difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and restore household and business contents impacted by property damage
- Pack, inventory, and securely handle customers' belongings during the restoration process
- Work collaboratively as part of our Contents Division team to meet project timelines
- Treat every item and every customer with professionalism, empathy, and respect
- Follow established SERVPRO procedures and safety standards on every job
Qualifications
- A motivated, reliable work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
- Comfort with hands-on, physical work that may involve lifting and standing
- Strong attention to detail and care when handling personal property
- Willingness to learn through on-the-job training and professional development
- Ability to commute to and work on-site in the Wrightsville Beach, New Hanover County area
