About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient rehabilitation at our Winter Garden clinic. This position is available on a full-time, part-time, or PRN basis, giving you the flexibility to shape a schedule that fits your life. Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans within an outpatient setting
- Provide skilled, hands-on physical therapy to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and reach their recovery goals
- Track patient progress and adjust care plans based on measurable outcomes
- Document evaluations, treatments, and results accurately and on time
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation, home exercise, and injury prevention
- Work alongside fellow clinicians and support staff to deliver a positive patient experience
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida
- Commitment to patient-centered, outpatient-based care
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative therapy team
