Role Overview
As a Personal Injury Attorney with MilSpec Talent, you'll represent clients in civil litigation matters involving serious accidents, personal injuries, and related claims. Your Responsibilities
- Represent clients throughout all stages of personal injury litigation, from case intake through settlement or trial
- Develop legal strategy, conduct discovery, and manage case development for assigned matters
- Perform legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings
- Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and court appearances
- Negotiate settlements and manage client communication and case timelines
- Maintain thorough case documentation and file management in compliance with practice standards
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex matters and contribute to team growth and success
Skills & Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active license to practice law in Texas
- Demonstrated experience in personal injury law, civil litigation, or related practice areas
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency with legal research tools and case management systems
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
