About the Role
We're seeking a People Services Business Partner to serve as a strategic human resources leader and trusted advisor to our business units. In this full-time position based in Bentonville, you'll bridge the gap between our People function and organizational leadership, driving initiatives that build a thriving workplace culture while supporting the growth and success of Art and Wellness Enterprises and the organizations we serve.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to translate organizational strategy into targeted talent and people initiatives
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development efforts across departments
- Lead employee relations efforts, addressing workplace concerns and fostering positive team dynamics
- Contribute to performance management, succession planning, and organizational design
- Advise on policy implementation, compliance, and best practices in human resources
- Collaborate with the People Services team to deliver programs that enhance employee engagement and development
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in human resources, organizational development, or people operations
- Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking ability paired with practical problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR or related field
