About the Role

The People Practices Business Partner is a strategic human resources leadership position serving as a confidential advisor to DPR's business unit leaders, corporate service teams, and organizational leadership structures. This role combines deep HR expertise with strategic business acumen to shape how the organization manages talent, builds teams, and achieves its people-centered goals. You'll function as both a coach and strategic counselor, supporting leaders at every level while maintaining the trust and discretion this confidential role demands.

What You'll Do

• Partner strategically with business unit leadership teams and corporate service workgroups on organizational effectiveness and human resources initiatives
• Coach and advise business leaders and team managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational dynamics
• Support talent development, succession planning, and management effectiveness across your assigned business units
• Guide leadership on human resources policies, compliance, and best practices in a rapidly changing workplace
• Drive organizational development efforts that strengthen team performance and align people practices with business objectives
• Build collaborative relationships with coaches, team leaders, and HR professionals to create aligned, effective people strategies

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner, organizational development, or related strategic human resources experience
• Mastery of HR best practices, employment law fundamentals, and organizational development methodologies
• Exceptional coaching, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities with senior-level leaders
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into effective people and organizational solutions
• Strategic mindset with excellent judgment in handling sensitive, confidential matters
• Experience advising leadership teams across complex organizational structures or matrix environments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
