About This Position

This role is based in an International Baccalaureate global centre, providing support to the Head of HR while also having complete responsibility for its own tasks and project areas. The primary focus includes overseeing HR systems, owning HR data, and supporting various global projects and initiatives. The position ensures that HR practices are delivered correctly for designated functions/departments in the region.

Core Duties

• Support Head of HR with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
• Oversee HR systems to ensure accurate data management
• Owning and maintaining HR data integrity
• Support global projects and initiatives related to HR practices
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in the region

What You Bring

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in human resources, preferably in an international setting
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR systems and data management practices
