About the Role

This role is a key People & Culture leadership position that combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of our team's performance and development.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for enhancing the overall performance and culture within ConneXu
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and values
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to team members to foster a positive work environment
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

What You Bring

• A proven track record in People & Culture leadership roles, preferably within the disability services sector
• Strong understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and their application in a workplace setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Adept at developing and maintaining positive relationships across all levels of the organization
• Experience in strategic planning, performance management, and change management
