About the Role
As a Pediatric Practical Nursing Instructor with Dorsey College in Saginaw, you'll deliver hands-on, clinically relevant instruction to practical nursing students. What You'll Do
- Teach pediatric nursing theory, clinical skills, and best practices to students in the practical nursing program
- Supervise and evaluate students during clinical practicums in pediatric settings

- Conduct skills assessments, written exams, and clinical evaluations to measure student competency

What We're Looking For
- Current Michigan licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Hands-on experience in pediatric nursing, pediatric clinical care, or related healthcare specialty
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse student audiences
- Demonstrated ability to assess and articulate student learning and clinical performance
- Teaching experience or genuine interest in developing instructional expertise
- Professional dedication to nursing education and supporting student achievement
