Position Summary
As a Runner, you'll be part of a fast-paced hospitality environment where attention to detail and service excellence directly impact our guests' experiences. Working within Restoration Hardware's restaurant concept—seamlessly integrated into one of our Design Galleries—you'll support the front-of-house operation during service periods, ensuring efficient food and beverage delivery while maintaining the refined standards our brand is known for. This full-time position offers direct involvement in our mission to blur the boundaries between home and hospitality, creating memorable moments for every guest who visits us in Birmingham, Oakland County.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages to guests with precision and professionalism
- Clear and reset tables between seatings to maintain dining flow
- Support the front-of-house team in coordinating with kitchen and service staff
- Assist with table management, guest seating, and dining room organization
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service
- Respond to guest requests and support servers in ensuring exceptional experiences
