Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Operations Advisor for a 3-month temporary contract position within our busy HR team. This role will provide critical operational support during a planned period of leave and is essential in maintaining the continuity of payroll coordination and HR administration for a large retail workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of payroll processes, including timely processing of employee payments and related documentation.
• Support HR administrative tasks, such as managing employee records, updating HR systems, and maintaining compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Assist in the coordination of various HR initiatives to support a large retail workforce effectively.

Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll or HR administration roles, preferably within a retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software is highly desirable.
