Role Overview

As a Sales Ambassador at our shop, you'll guide customers through their beauty journey with expertise and genuine care. Your role transcends traditional retail—you'll build relationships, share deep product knowledge, and embody our commitment to fighting animal testing, using only fresh ingredients, practicing ethical sourcing, and delivering handmade products wrapped in sustainable packaging. Every customer interaction is your opportunity to show them that beauty and responsibility go hand in hand. Your Responsibilities

• Exceed daily sales targets by leveraging customer feedback and taking ownership of your performance metrics to drive store growth
• Conduct personalized consultations that feel genuine and helpful, listening to customer needs and making informed product recommendations based on expertise
• Demonstrate products with enthusiasm and confidence, highlighting their unique formulations and natural benefits to create memorable experiences
• Educate customers about our brand philosophy including our opposition to animal testing, our 100% vegetarian formulations, and our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices
• Continuously expand your product knowledge through focused learning so you can answer questions with authority and build lasting customer trust
• Keep the shop floor polished and organized, adjusting product displays based on sales patterns to enhance the overall customer experience
• Support all opening and closing protocols, maintain rigorous product integrity standards, and follow company procedures for safety, health, and workplace respect
• Foster a collaborative team environment that values diversity, encourages open dialogue, and recognizes the unique strengths each person brings

Preferred qualifications: Experience in skincare or cosmetics retail, background with consultation-focused customer service models, fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages, strong problem-solving abilities, prior work in team-based environments, and training or experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
