As a Part-Time Loss Prevention Investigator with Fleet Farm in Hiawatha, you'll serve as a frontline guardian of company assets. Working alongside store management and the loss prevention leadership team, you'll leverage some of the most sophisticated surveillance and reporting technology in the retail industry to identify, investigate, and resolve shrink-related issues. What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze footage through an advanced, enterprise-grade camera surveillance system
• Use exception-based reporting (EBR) tools to surface irregular transaction patterns and flag potential internal or external theft
• Conduct thorough, well-documented investigations from initial detection through resolution
• Partner with store leadership and the loss prevention team to share findings and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with law enforcement as required during apprehension or prosecution processes
• Support awareness initiatives that help store associates recognize and reduce shrink
• Maintain accurate case files and investigative records in compliance with company policy
