About the Role

As an Associate Banker, you'll be the frontline representative for our branch, helping customers with their banking needs and building relationships that matter to their financial lives. You'll work directly with clients—individuals and small business owners—delivering straightforward, reliable service in a professional banking environment.

What You'll Do

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account management
• Respond to inquiries about checking and savings accounts, credit products, and investment services
• Assist customers with account opening, closure, and product features
• Execute administrative banking tasks with accuracy and attention to compliance requirements
• Identify customer needs and provide referrals to appropriate banking solutions
• Maintain branch standards for cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, administrative, or similar)
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial transactions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced branch environment
• Reliability and commitment to consistent part-time scheduling
