About This Position
CGS Federal is seeking a Paralegal to join our Legal Support team. As a Paralegal Admin Specialist, you will be responsible for processing electronic legal instruments, assisting with trial preparation and hearings, and providing additional support to the Litigation Support Unit.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform apprentice examination of legal instruments
- Review legal instruments for completeness and proper execution
- Provide direct support to attorneys and paralegals regarding functional and administrative duties as needed
- Determine correctness of actions based on Government regulations, procedures, etc.
- Research records to ascertain conditions that might preclude action
- Assist with daily tasks within the Litigation Support Unit, including processing data and evidence for cases and completing discovery productions
