About This Position

The Quality Reporting Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring practice and ACO success for our Medicare Advantage and commercial contracts with a focus on HEDIS quality measures. The position is full-time and offers remote work opportunities within the United States.

Core Duties

• Ensure compliance with HEDIS quality measures to support practice and ACO performance in Medicare Advantage and commercial contracts.
• Review ambulatory care charts, both electronic (EHRs) and paper, to identify and submit documentation for addressing quality measure gap closure.
• Provide service-oriented support to enhance overall quality of care and meet regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• In-depth knowledge of HEDIS quality measures and their application in healthcare settings.
