What This Role Involves
The Paralegal Admin Specialist will be responsible for processing electronic legal instruments and providing support to the Litigation Support Unit. Duties include reviewing legal documents for completeness and proper execution, determining correctness of actions according to government regulations, researching records to ascertain conditions that might preclude action, and assisting with various daily tasks such as data processing and evidence completion.
Responsibilities
- Provide apprentice examination of legal instruments
- Review legal instruments (completeness of information, proper execution)
- Support Litigation Support Unit, attorneys, and paralegals with functional and administrative duties as needed
- Determine correctness of action according to government regulations, procedures, etc.
- Research records to ascertain conditions that might preclude action
- Assist with various tasks within the Litigation Support Unit on a daily basis, including processing data and evidence for cases and completing discovery productions
