P/T F&B HOUSEMAN (2)- MARRIOTT LONG ISLAND

Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Part-Time F&B Houseman to join our team at the Marriott Long Island in Uniondale, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment.

Role Overview

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining cleanliness and order within the food and beverage areas of the Marriott Long Island. Your efforts will contribute to providing a pleasant experience for our guests and ensuring smooth operations for our staff.

Core Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms.
• Prepare dining areas for service by setting up tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Ensure all areas comply with health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and storage of supplies.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and scrubbers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing, or walking for extended periods.
