Electrical Engineer level 1/2 with Security Clearance

About the Role

As an Electrical Engineer at our Short Gap facility, you'll work on complex electrical systems that power innovative solutions across defense and aerospace applications. This is a hands-on technical role combining design, testing, and integration work on projects that matter.

What You'll Do

• Design, analyze, and optimize electrical circuits and systems for defense and aerospace platforms
• Develop and review schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical components and assemblies
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate electrical systems into larger platforms
• Ensure designs meet security protocols, military standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support system-level integration and field testing efforts
• Document work processes and maintain compliance with security procedures

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Current or ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Proficiency with circuit design, simulation, and analysis tools
• Knowledge of PCB design and layout principles
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with military or aerospace standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
