The Opportunity

The majority of your pipeline—approximately 95%—arrives warm, sourced by our in-house business development team and growth specialists, allowing you to focus on closing complex, multi-threaded deals. You'll work alongside expert risk advisors who bring deep insurance knowledge to every sale. Deal sizes typically range from $30,000 to $65,000, with a standard sales cycle of around three months and an annual quota of $1.5 million. Growth Associates who excel here advance to senior roles within our sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Close a high-velocity pipeline of inbound opportunities requiring navigation of multiple stakeholders
- Manage enterprise-level deals and complex sales conversations with C-suite buyers and founders
- Collaborate with risk advisors and growth leads to structure deals and guide clients through the decision process
- Drive toward $1.5 million annual quota while maintaining deal quality across three-month sales cycles
- Pursue self-sourced outbound business development for supplemental compensation (optional)
What We're Looking For
- Three to eight years of direct enterprise sales closing experience
- Demonstrated ability to sell technically complex, multi-stakeholder products (SaaS, data analytics, or similar sectors)
- Polished, professional communication skills and emotional intelligence in high-stakes conversations
- Strong objection handling and self-motivation in relationship-driven sales environments
- Preferred: background growing less-mature, under-the-radar products through grinding, scrappy execution
